We take immense pride in our work. If you notice any streaks, smears, or missed spots after our cleaning service, please notify us within 48 hours of the service completion. We will return to your property and re-clean the affected windows completely free of charge. This guarantee does not cover new dirt, weather-related spots, or bird droppings that occur after we have completed the job.
2. Terms of Service
Weather & Rescheduling
Window cleaning is a weather-dependent service. While our pure-water systems allow us to clean in light rain with perfect results, we will proactively reschedule your appointment in the event of heavy rain, high winds, or dangerous weather conditions to ensure the safety of our team and the quality of the finish.
Property Access & Preparation
For exterior cleanings, we require clear access around the perimeter of the property. Please ensure gates are unlocked and pets are secured. For interior cleanings, please move any fragile items or heavy furniture away from the windows prior to our arrival.
Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of the service unless a prior commercial invoicing agreement has been established. We accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards.
